2023 Overseas Chinese Writing Competition (Zhongshan)

黨的二十大報(bào)告中提出“增強(qiáng)中華文明傳播力影響力，堅(jiān)守中華文化立場，講好中國故事、傳播好中國聲音，展現(xiàn)可信、可愛、可敬的中國形象，推動(dòng)中華文化更好走向世界”，為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)海內(nèi)外青少年思想引領(lǐng)，大力弘揚(yáng)中華文化，廣東省歸國華僑聯(lián)合會(huì)、中山市歸國華僑聯(lián)合會(huì)、中山日?qǐng)?bào)社聯(lián)合主辦“2023年華人華僑（中山）征文系列比賽”。

As it is emphasized in the < Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China>: “We will stay firmly rooted in Chinese culture. We will collect and refine the defining symbols and best elements of Chinese culture and showcase them to the world. We will accelerate the development of China’s discourse and narrative systems, better tell China’s stories, make China’s voice heard, and present a China that is credible, appealing, and respectable. 

We will strengthen our international communications capabilities, make our communications more effective, and strive to strengthen China’s voice in international affairs so it is commensurate with our composite national strength and international status. We will deepen exchanges and mutual learning with other civilizations and better present Chinese culture to the world.”. Guangdong Province Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Zhongshan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and Zhongshan Daily have collaborated to hold the 2023 Overseas Chinese Writing Competition (Zhongshan).

五、征文方式 How to Submit

1.集體投稿Group.

由組織單位統(tǒng)一收集，由組織單位聯(lián)系人在投稿平臺(tái)注冊(cè)后，用同一個(gè)賬號(hào)投稿，須附《投稿確認(rèn)書》加蓋公章后的掃描件。

Submissions to be collected by the group liaison and submitted through our submission platform after a group account has been registered. Please attach the scanned copy of the "Submission Confirmation" with the official seal.

2.個(gè)人投稿Individual.

直接由本人在投稿平臺(tái)注冊(cè)后，用本人賬號(hào)投稿。

Please self-register on the submission platform.

3.集體投稿賬號(hào)可投稿多篇，但每位參賽者限投1篇；個(gè)人投稿者，每賬號(hào)每種體裁限投1篇。請(qǐng)按照系統(tǒng)提示認(rèn)真如實(shí)填寫信息。合署作品不得參評(píng)。

3.Group accounts may submit multiple articles but limited to one per participant; Individual participants may only submit one article for each genre (Essay/Poetry). Please follow the instructions as you fill out the information. Collaborated writings will not be reviewed for competition.

4.如有修改，以截止投稿日期前最后一次提交投稿為準(zhǔn)。

4.If revisions were to be made, the latest revision will be considered the final submission.

5.手機(jī)微信端用戶從“中山僑聯(lián)”微信公眾號(hào)的“云上家書”欄目，點(diǎn)擊“征文比賽投稿入口”進(jìn)入投稿系統(tǒng)，以純文本文檔形式投稿；電腦網(wǎng)頁端用戶從僑聯(lián)網(wǎng)站（www.yinxiangshijue.com）首頁的“征文比賽投稿系統(tǒng)入口”點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)，以.doc或.docx文件格式上傳投稿。

5.WeChat users may access our submission platform portal through “云上家書” column in “中山僑聯(lián)” official WeChat account. For PC users, please visit “www.yinxiangshijue.com” then click on “征文比賽投稿系統(tǒng)入口”. Submissions must be in .doc or .docx format.

一等獎(jiǎng)：6名（詩、詞、對(duì)聯(lián)各2名）

二等獎(jiǎng)：9名（詩、詞、對(duì)聯(lián)各3名）

3.組織獎(jiǎng) 

Group Awards

優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)條件：組織學(xué)生作文集體投稿30篇及以上，并有作品獲獎(jiǎng)；組織詩詞聯(lián)集體投稿20篇及以上，并有作品獲獎(jiǎng)。

Any group that has collected more than 30 student essay articles, out of which at least one article is awarded; or collected more than 20 poetry writings, out of which at least one poetry is awarded.
